473 NAC 5-007.03A

The worker shall authorize Alternate Care Service only for those individuals age 19 or older who are -

1. Current SSI or State Supplemental recipients;

2. Low income aged or disabled persons; or

3. Age 18 or older and are receiving Adult Protective Service without regard to income.
