473 NAC 5-015.09C

 Priority 3 includes reports which allege harm to a vulnerable adult which is serious, but not serious enough to be considered priority 1 or 2. Priority 3 reports include but are not limited to -

1. A report of self-neglect resulting from impaired functions (e.g., inadequate clothing/food/shelter; inadequate hygiene; unsanitary environment; nutritional needs not being met, or misuse of medication); and

2. A report of neglect resulting from a caregiver's action or inaction (e.g., unanswered "help" calls, caregiver/staff poorly trained, inadequate supervision, staffing shortages, improper administration of medication, or a violation of resident rights in a licensed facility).
