473 NAC 5-015.11C1:

The worker shall determine if emergency intervention is needed when there is reason to believe that the adult -

1. Cannot permit entry to the worker into his/her home because s/he is too ill or too injured to do so, or the alleged perpetrator prevents entry; or

2. Refused entry to the worker and is dangerous to himself/herself or to others;

3. Is in immediate danger and requires medical treatment;

4. Is unable to consent to medical treatment or is unwilling, due to mental or physical impairment, to consent to medical treatment.
