473 NAC 5-015.11C2:

When emergency intervention is needed, the worker shall immediately contact -

1. The appropriate law enforcement agency to request assistance to enter the adult's home and/or to remove the adult;

2. The county attorney to request his/her recommendations as to subsequent actions; or

3. An attorney interested in the client's well-being to petition the county court to exercise the power of temporary guardian.
