5-015.11E Unfounded Reports

473 NAC 5-015.11E

The worker shall determine whether the report is unfounded. If so, s/he shall -

1. Send a written report of findings (Form DSS-60 or a narrative) to the appropriate law enforcement agency;

2. Explain available social services to the adult if s/he has identified needs and assist the adult to complete an application for services if s/he requests services; and

3. Send Form DSS-60 to the State Central Register within 15 days of determining case status.
