473 NAC 5-015.32A
The required documentation from local or district office files must be retained for ten years from completion date of a substantiated (court petition filed or inconclusive) investigation and/or APS eligibility period ending date. If another report is received involving the same client, the required documentation may be retained for ten years from the completion date of the subsequently substantiated investigation and/or APS eligibility period ending date.
