5-018.02C Residents of Nursing Facilities or ICF/MR's

Residents of nursing facilities or ICF/MR’s are not eligible to receive transportation through the Social Services for the Aged and Disabled (SSAD) program, except discharge transportation.  All other transportation is the responsibility of the facility (nursing facility or ICF/MR).  Transportation, including moving the client’s household goods or personal property, may not be authorized for these clients.
