Medicaid eligible clients who are not eligible for SSAD Services may be eligible for medical transportation.  The client must meet the need for transportation services. The client is only eligible for medical transportation services; the client is not eligible for other SSAD services or non-medical transportation services.  Department staff must submit Form HHS-2A to the Central Office Transportation Coordinator for review and approval.
