5-007.02 Definition of Alternate Care Service

473 NAC 5-007.02

This service includes assistance in locating an alternate living arrangement (e.g. adult family home, residential care facility, or nursing home) and evaluating and assessing care provided to the client in non-institutional settings. (See IX-3620 for a description of alternate living arrangements.) The alternate living arrangement may be more or less restrictive than the client's present living arrangement.
