473 NAC 5-013.04A
The worker may authorize respite care for individuals age 19 or older who have access to no other source of respite funding and are -
1. Current SSI or State Supplemental recipients; or
2. Low income aged or disabled persons. If determining low income eligibility for a married client, the income of his/her spouse must be included.
