5-015.16 Arranging for Alternate Care Services

473 NAC 5-015.16

When the client requests or accepts Alternate Care Services for Adults, the worker shall authorize it and continue to provide protective service follow-up until the client moves into an alternate care facility. When the client moves into an alternate care facility and the abuse/neglect issue has been resolved, the worker shall terminate the authorization for protective services. See 473 NAC 5-007.
