5-018.04 Transportation Services Provider Standards
Department staff approve provider agreements with common carriers, exempt providers, escort providers, and individual providers. To be approved, providers must meet all general provider standards in addition to the service specific standards. Department staff annually review provider agreements and renew the agreement when the provider continues to meet all provider standards and service specific standards.
