5-018.07E1 Utilization of Exempt Providers as the Driver

When transportation is provided by an exempt provider, Department staff may authorize the cost of the escort’s transportation only if there is an extra charge for the escort’s transportation, such as air fares, rural transit system, city bus systems, etc.
