475 NAC 1-003.02

The Central Office of the Department is responsible for:

1. Statewide supervising and administrating the Food Stamp Program;

2. Incorporating federal policies regarding the Food Stamp Program into the Department Manual;

3. Establishing and maintaining a PER system in accordance with FNS requirements; and

4. Serving as a liaison between the local offices and the federal government.
