1-008.03H Disqualification for Fraudulent Information
475 NAC 1-008.03H
An individual found guilty by a federal, state, or local court or by a state agency of having made a fraudulent statement or false representation with respect to his/her identity or place of residence in order to receive multiple food stamp benefits simultaneously is disqualified from participation in the Food Stamp Program for a period of ten years. Only the individual is disqualified, not the entire household.
