475 NAC 2-004.01B4

If the initial expedited screening fails to identify that a household is entitled to expedited service and the worker later learns of this entitlement, the worker must:

1. Provide expedited service; and

2. Use the date the worker learns that the household is entitled to expedited service instead of the application filing date when determining time limits for expedited processing.
