2-004.11 Expanded Resource Program (ERP) Eligible Households
Any household in which ALL members receive or are authorized to receive the ERP services can have their SNAP eligibility determined through the ERP resource and income guidelines. Eligibility for the ERP is automatic if the household has received the EA-PAM-1 or has signed the electronic or paper application. All of the application forms include a statement that if the household is eligible for the ERP, the household has been notified and is authorized to receive ERP services.
