475 NAC 3-001.10C2

The following non-household members are not eligible as separate households:

1. Ineligible students;

2. Individuals receiving SSI or State Supplemental payments from California;

3. Foster child(ren); and

For the purposes of this reference, an individual in the Independent Living Program is not considered a foster child.

4. Ineligible aliens.
