3-001.03D1 Attesting to Citizenship/Alien Status

475 NAC 3-001.03D1

At the time of initial certification, the individual making application must attest to the citizenship of all household members requesting benefits by checking the appropriate field and signing the application.

Citizenship/alien status of a new household member is determined at the time the individual is added to the household.
