During the certification period if the household fails to report when the household income exceeded the maximum gross monthly income limit for the household size, the worker must determine if an overissuance occurred. The first month of the overissuance is two months after the actual monthly income exceeded the maximum monthly gross income limit. Overpayments that occur at application and/or reapplication due to the household's failure to report are calculated using the same guidelines used for households assigned to Change Reporting category.
