477 NAC 21-001.15B17

Household goods and personal effects of moderate value used in the home are exempt. Household goods are defined as including:

1. Household furniture
2. Furnishings and equipment used in the operation, maintenance, and occupancy of the home or in the functions and activities of the home and family life
3. Those items which are for comfort and accommodation.
4. Personal effects include clothing, jewelry, items of personal care, etc.
