Other Assistance window displays the details and status of additional payment assistance requested from the LIHEAP program. Such payments are crisis (avoid shut off or reconnect services), deposit and repair for heating and cooling fuels.

• Request Date – date request received
• Request Amount - amount requested
• Request Type - crisis, deposit or repair
• Fuel/Repair Type – heating or cooling service (fuel)
• Amount Approved - amount authorized
• Current Status - Pending, approved, denied
• Status Date – date status was determined.
