My Preference

My Preferences displays the preferred delivery method to receive notification of Correspondence posted in Client Benefit Inquiry (CBI) and other messaging from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Eligibility Programs (ACCESSNebraska)

From this window, current notification delivery is displayed and can also be updated. Consent to receive future text messaging can also be updated in My Preferences.

The process to establish My Preferences consists of the following:

  1. Select and update your preferred delivery preferences.
  2. Complete Email verification process to activate the electronic notification.
  3. Complete the cell phone verification process to activate text message notification.

The window will display the following:

  • Current Delivery
  • Last known email address
  • Last known cell phone number.
