Collection Balance Warning

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Collection Balance Warning open when the entire amount of the collection is not applied to one or more Accounts Receivable.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

The entire amount of the Collection has not been applied and this balance will have to be refunded or applied to a non-N-FOCUS account .

Collection Balance (The amount of the collection that has not been applied)

Are you finished applying this Collection to accounts?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to finish posting the collection.
	Select the No button to return to the Detail Collections window to correct or finish posting the collection.
