WINDOW OVERVIEW:
This window is used to search for scanned documents by person, categories and scan dates.
FIELD DESCRIPTION:
Master Case Group Box:
Number: This is the Master Case number.
Name: This displays the Master Case name person.
Persons Selection Group Box:
All or None Selection: The All radio button is the default selection. Select the None radio button to deselect all of the persons listed and then select individual persons from the list.
Remove Out of HH Persons: Check this box to remove out of household persons from the search.
Remove Discontinued Persons: Check this box to remove discontinued persons from the search.
ID: This displays the system assigned unique person number.
Last: This column displays the last name of each current member of the Master Case.
First: This column displays the first name of each current member of the Master Case.
MI: This column displays the middle initial of each current member of the Master Case.
Ext: This column displays the name extension of each current member of the Master Case. Example: JR, III, IV, SR
Birth Date: This column displays the birth date of each current member of the Master Case.
Sex: This field displays the gender for the person.
SSN: This field displays the last four digits of the person's Social Security number.
Disc: This field displays N if the person has not been discontinued. It displays Y if the person has been discontinued.
HH Status: This field displays the Household status for the person.
Category Selection Group Box:
All or None Radio Buttons: Select the All radio button to search for all scanned documents. Select the None radio button to deselect the categories and select only specific categories for which to search.
Category Type: Select one of the listed category types to automatically select the types of images that correspond to the selected category.
Example: Select the Perm ID category to automatically select the ID Citizenship and Relationship, ID Legal and ID Other document types. Select the MED category type will automatically select the Appeal - MED, Application - MED, Renewal Form and Supplemental Application document types.
Date Options Group Box:
Range: The Range will default to the most current 6 months when coming from all windows EXCEPT the Alerts/Work Tasks window. The default from the Alerts/Work Tasks window will be the most current two months.
Note: If selecting the Permanent ID selection condition, the date range options are disabled. All documents, regardless of the saved date, will be returned in the search.
From and To : These fields indicate the date range for the search.

Select this button to move the date range back in time for the selected search option. This button only works with the week, one month, two months and 6 month options. |

Select this button to move the date range forward in time for the search option time frame selected. This button only works with the week, one month, two months and 6 month options. |
Apply to Perm IDs: If selecting multiple categories, one or more of which includes a permanent ID category, this indicator can be selected if you want to search only documents saved during the specified time period or deselect the indicator if you want to search all of the permanent ID documents, regardless of date saved.
