Budgeting - Overview

The Budgeting task is used to process budgets for the following five categories of program cases:

A Single click on the Budgeting task from the Navigator Window displays the Budgeting - System Tab in inquiry (inactive) status. The Status bar will display “Budgeting Inquiry”. This is an informational window of program cases within each category and the status for each category.

A Double click on the Budgeting task from the Navigator Window displays the Budgeting - System Tab in active view. This view is used to select the budgets to be processed.

The budgeting task requires a benefit month be selected.

Note: Remember to process Verifications or expenses will not be counted in the budget process.
