The calculation change popup message appears if the person has an instance of Earned, Fluctuating unearned (such as Child Support or Unemployment Compensation), or SE Ledger income that was used in the previous budget and has not been closed. The message asks if a change should be made from the previous calculation or not.

Select the Yes button to go through the calculate window(s). "Yes" is the default button and when the "Enter' key is selected the calculate window(s) open. |

the No button to use the income from the previous month's calculation. Note: If the only change is the rent or other non-income change the worker is not forced through Calculate if they select "No". The system goes directly to Budget Authorization. |
