Check In Case: This action is enabled when a case is highlighted and in case ready status. This action saves the case information from the expert system on the worker's PC to the mainframe system.
Override Checkout: This action is enabled when a case is highlighted and in case ready status. This action overrides any actions takes in the expert system on the worker's PC since the case was checked out and checks the case in restoring the information as it was before the case was checked out.
Refresh Window: This action is always enabled. It is used to refresh the status of all cases that are checked out and update the list to show only those case that have not been checked in or overridden.
