List FCRO Review

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Review window displays a list of:

• reviews that meet the search criteria selected on the Search Review window or
• a list of reviews for the person selected on the Detail Person Tracking window.

The Details of a Review can be viewed by highlighting and opening a line.

How Do I:

Record FCRO Review Meeting

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Last/Adoption ID: This column displays the person's last name or the Adoption ID number.

First: This column displays the person's first name.

SSN: This column displays the person's Social Security Number.

Birth Date: This column displays the person's date of birth.

Verified: This column displays the Review Verified status
Y = yes
N = no.

Assignment Date: This column displays the date of assignment.

Board: This column displays the FCRO Board Number.

Meeting Date: This column displays the date of the Meeting.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used to view additional pages of information. Select it to view the previously viewed pages.
	The More Plus button is enabled when the list has addition pages of information. Select it to view the additional pages.
