Select Person: This option is used to open the Add Person window where information about a person can be entered to begin the process of adding a Tracking Record.
Maximize Notes: Select this option to open the full size Notes window where the Person Tracking notes are entered.
Print Notes: Select this option to print a copy of the notes. A confirmation window opens when the printing is complete.
Delete Person Tracking: This option is available only in the update mode. It is used to delete the person tracking record. The Delete Confirmation window opens to explain the delete function and confirm that it is the correct action.
