Add Pay Stub

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Add Pay Stubs window is used to enter details about the pay stubs received from employment. This window opens when the Add button is selected on the Update Earned Income Pay Stubs tab.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Owner Group Box:

This box displays the last name, first name, date of birth, age, and agency related person number for the owner of the income and the name of the employer.

Pay Stub List Box:

This box displays the pay stub information entered in the entry fields below after the Add Pay Stub button has been selected.

Date Paid: This field displays date the income is received.

Reg Amt: This field displays the income amount for the regular pay received.

Reg Hrs: This field displays the number of regular hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

OT Amt: This field displays the income amount for the overtime pay received.

OT Hrs: This field displays the number of overtime hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

Shift Amt: This field displays the income amount for the shift pay received.

Shift Hrs: This field displays the number of shift hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

Tips/Bonus: This field displays any tips or bonus pay received.

Total Amt: This field displays the total amount of regular, overtime, shift, and tip or bonus income received on the pay stub.

Pay Stub Entry Fields:

Date Paid: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the income is received. This date cannot be before the schedule begin date on the Pay Schedule tab.

Reg Amount: Enter the income amount for the regular pay received.

Reg Hrs: Enter the number of regular hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

OT Amount: Enter the income amount for the overtime pay received.

OT Hrs: Enter the number of overtime hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

Shift Amount: Enter the income amount for the shift pay received.

Shift Hrs: Enter the number of shift hours worked if the pay rate is hourly.

Tips/Bonus: Enter any tips or bonus pay received.

Verification: Enter the source of income verification from the selections in the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Add Pay Stub Select the Add Pay Stub button when all information for a pay stub has been entered in the pay stub entry fields. The information is then moved to the Pay Stub List box and added together for the total income amount. To correct information once it has been added, double click on the row that needs correction in the Pay Stub List Box and the information will move to the Pay Stub Entry Fields where it can be corrected. Again select the Add Pay Stub button.
OK Select the OK button to save the added pay stub information and close the window.
Cancel Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving any new information.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
