Job Information

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Job Information tab is used to select the employed person and enter the name of the employer. This is the first tab that opens when Add is selected on the Earned Income - Current window. This is the only tab enabled until a person is selected and an employer name is entered. Only one person can be associate with each instance of employment.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person List Box:

This box displays all Master Case persons. Persons who are active, pending, spenddown, or premium due status are listed before other Master Case persons. Unborns will not be listed. Highlight the name of the employed person from the list.

Last: This column displays the person's last name.

First: This column displays the person's first name.

DOB: This column displays the person's date of birth.

Employer Box:

Enter the name of the employer. This field cannot be updated once it has been saved.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
