Update Job Information

The Update Job Information tab opens when a row of information to be changed is highlighted on the Earned Income - Current or the Earned Income - History window and the Update button selected. The information on this tab is display only when the window is opened from the Earned Income - Current window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person List Box:

This box displays last name, first name, and date of birth for the owner of the earned income.

Employer Box:

This box displays the name of the employer.

End Date: This field is enabled when the Earned Income - History window is used to open the Update Job Information tab. The end date can be changed but not removed. The date change cannot be before the begin date of the most current pay schedule or more than 2 months in the future.

Final Month's Projected Pay Group Box:

These fields are enabled when the Earned Income - History window is used to open the Update Job Information tab.

If there is a "projected monthly amount" and a "final month's pay amount" for the same month, the "final month's pay amount" is the amount that will display in the budget calculation if pay schedule is selected for calculation.

Gross Amount: Enter the gross amount of pay for the final month of income.

Month of Receipt: Enter the month and year (MM/CC/YYYY) of the final income.

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK The OK button is enabled when a change has been made to the information. Select the button to save the change.
Cancel The Cancel button is used to close the window without making any changes.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
