Add Exclusion/Disregard Reason

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Add Exclusion/Disregard Reason window is used to add an exclusions or disregards to the resource.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Exclusion Reason(s) List Box:

This box will display any exclusion reasons available for the selected resource. The list of reasons will vary depending on the type of resource. Reasons already used will not be listed. More than one reason may be selected from the list.

Disregard Reason(s) List Box:

This box will display any disregard reasons available for the selected resource. The list of reasons will vary depending on the type of resource. Reasons already used will not be listed. More than one reason may be selected from the list.

Begin Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the exclusion or disregard begins. This date cannot be prior to the begin date of the resource. See: Begin Date tips.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the exclusion or disregard reason information and return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab without adding a new exclusion or disregard reason.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
