The Exclusion/Disregard window tab is used to enter exclusions or disregards that are available(per program policy) for the reopened resource.
The fields enabled on this window will vary according to the type of resource being processed.
Exclusion Reason(s) List Box:
This box will display a list of any available program exclusions that may apply to the type of resource being processed. Highlight any exclusions that apply to the case. More than one exclusion may be selected.
Disregard Reason(s) List Box:
This box will display a list of any available program disregards that may apply to the type of resource being processed. Highlight any disregards that apply to the case. More than one disregard may be selected.
Begin Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the resource exclusion or disregard begins. See: Begin date tips.
