The Owner(s) window tab is used identify the owner of the resource. Multiple owners of a resource can be selected. All fields on this window are mandatory.
Owner(s): This field displays a list of all Master Case person's except unborn's. Master case persons who have an active, pending, spenddown, or premium due status for the current or a future month are listed before other Master Case person's. Highlight the Master Case person or persons who own the resource.
Percentageowned by selected owner(s): This field collects the total ownership percentage of the resource and defaults to 100%. If the selected owner(s) own less than 100% of the resource, update the field to reflect the correct percentage owned. This field will accept a numeric figure from 0 to 100 with one decimal (e.g. 33.3). The system will calculate each owner's percentage when the resource is saved.
Begin Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the resource ownership begins. See: Begin Date tips.
