The Owner(s) window tab is the first tab that will open in the Reopen process. It is used to reopen the owner(s) of the resource. All persons who have had ownership information on the resource will be listed. Active, pending, spenddown, and premium due Master Case persons are listed first. To reopen, highlight each owner row.
Owner(s): This field displays the last, first name, and date of birth for all previous owners of the resource. Highlight the owners that should be reopened.
Percentage owned by selected owner(s): This filed defaults to 100%, but can be updates if the percentage of the resource owned by the selected owners is less than 100%. The percentage of ownership must be more that 0% and cannot be more than 100%. When multiple owners have been selected, the resource percentage will be divided by the number of owners.
Begin Date: Enter the date the resource ownership begins. If a date has been entered on either the Exclusions/Disregards or values window it will display in this field and cannot be changed on this window. Begin Date tips.
