Reopen Exclusion / Disregard

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Reopen Exclusion or Reopen Disregard window is used to reopen an exclusion or disregard reason.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Resource Display Box:

This box displays the resource type, account or ID number, the account location, and a description of the resource.

Exclusion Reason Box:

This box will display the exclusion reason, begin date, and end date.

OR

Disregard Reason Box:

This box will display disregard reason, begin date, and end date.

Begin Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the exclusion or disregard should reopen. This date cannot be prior to the close date or more than 2 months in the future.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the exclusion or disregard reopen date and return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab without reopening the exclusion or disregard.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
