The Update Exclusion or Update Disregard window is used to update the begin or end date of an exclusion or disregard reason.
Resource Display Box:
This box displays the resource type, account or ID number, the account location, and a description of the resource.
Exclusion Reason Box:
This box will display the exclusion reason, begin date, and end date.
OR
Disregard Reason Box:
This box will display disregard reason, begin date, and end date.
Begin Date: Overlay the date (MM-DD-YYYY) with the corrected exclusion or disregard begin date. This date cannot be prior to the begin date of the resource. A delete of a previous time period may occur if the date is pulled back over the begin date of a previous instance. The date can be moved forward, but not past the end date of the instance and not more than 2 months in the future.
End Date: The end date will be enabled if the selected row is for an active resource and has an end date, or for correction for a previous end date of a closed resource. A close action cannot be done by updating the end date here, use the Close button instead. Overlay the date (MM-DD-YYYY) with the corrected exclusion or disregard end date. The corrected end date cannot be prior to the begin date of the resource instance. The end date cannot be removed to reopen an exclusion or disregard.

Select the OK button to save the exclusion or disregard date change and return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab. |

Select the Cancel button to return to the Exclusion/Disregard tab without changing the exclusion or disregard dates. |

|
The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task. |
