The Update Owner tab is used to update the ownership information for a resource.
Resource Display Box:
This box displays the resource type, account or ID number, account location, and description for the selected resource.
Owner Display Box:
This box displays the person's last name, first name, date of birth, and the ownership percentage, begin date of ownership percentage, and end date of ownership percentage for the selected row of ownership.
Percentage: This field displays the person's ownership percentage as it is listed on the row selected for update on the Owner(s) tab. Overlay the percentage with the new amount.
Begin Date: This field displays the ownership percentage begin date as it is listed on the row selected for update on the Owner(s) tab. Overlay the date with the new date (MM-DD-YYYY). See: Begin Date tips.
End Date: The end date field can be changed unless the resource is closed. Overlay the end date with the corrected end date. The new end date cannot be before the begin date for the ownership amount. The new end date can be moved forward but not past the closed date or more than 2 months in the future.

Select the OK button to save the updated information and return to the Owner(s) tab. |

Select the Cancel button to return to the Owner(s) tab without making a change. |

The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task. |
