Values Tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Values window tab is used to identify the countable value of the resource.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

The fields enabled on this window will vary according to the type of resource being processed.

Gross Value: Enter the value of the resource before considering any encumbrances. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.

Encumbrances Amount: Enter the amount if any, of encumbrances against the value of the resource. This field is optional.
Income in a bank account,

amount owed on a vehicle loan,

penalty on retirement account,

etc.Encumbrance examples.

Face Value: Enter the face value of the Whole Life Insurance resource. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.

Cash Value: Enter the cash value of the Whole Life Insurance resource. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.

Licensed: Select the "Yes" or "No" radio button to designate if a vehicle is licensed. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.

Begin Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the resource begins. See: Begin Date tips.

End Date: This field is disabled during the Add Resource process.

Verified By: Select the source of resource verification from the drop down list. If verification is not complete, leave the default status of Unverified.

ACTION BUTTONS:

The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
