The Values window tab is used to enter the value of a reopened resource.
The fields enabled on this window will vary according to the type of resource being reopened.
Gross Value: Enter the value of the resource before considering any encumbrances. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.
Encumbrances Amount: Enter the amount if any, of encumbrances against the value of the resource. This field is optional.
Face Value: Enter the face value of the Whole Life Insurance resource. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.
Cash Value: Enter the cash value of the Whole Life Insurance resource. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.
Licensed: Select the "Yes" or "No" radio button to designate if a vehicle is licensed. When this field is enabled it is a mandatory field.
Begin Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the resource value begins. See: Begin date tips.
End Date: This field is disabled during the Add or Reopen Resource process.
Verified By: Select the source of resource verification from the drop down list. If verification is not complete, leave the default status of Unverified/ Pending.
