The Values tab window is used to document the value of a resource. The most current value is listed at the top. All field are inquiry only. If an update is needed, select the Update button.
Gross Value: This field displays the value of the resource before considering any encumbrances.
Encumbrances Amount: This field displays the amount if any, of encumbrances against the value of the resource.
Face Value: This field displays the face value of the Whole Life Insurance resource.
Cash Value: This field displays the cash value of the Whole Life Insurance resource.
License Indicator: This field displays a "Y" if the resource is licensed or an "N" if it is not verified.
Begin Date: This field displays the date the resource value begins.
End Date: This field displays the date the resource value ends.
Verified: This field displays a "Y" if the resource is verified and an "N" if it is not verified.
