WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Self Employment - History window lists;

To change the information, highlight the row to be changed and use the Action buttons.

The information on the window will display in expanded format. The + or – signs may be used to collapse or expand the levels.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person who earns the self employed income.

FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who earns the self employed income.

DOB: This field displays the person’s date of birth.

AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER: This field displays the person’s unique system generated Agency Related Person number.


Type: This field displays the reporting method used for the self employment income (business ledger or tax return).

Business: This field displays the name of the self employment business.

Tax Year: This field displays the most recent tax year used for tax return reporting.

Pct Counted: This field displays the percentage of the tax return income considered for the self employed person.

Start Date: This field displays the first date the self employed income is to be counted in the budget.

End Date: This field displays the date the self employment ends.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Update The Update button is enabled when a row of self employment is highlighted. Select the Update button to open the Update SE Ledger or Update SE Tax Return window.
reopen The Reopen button is enabled when a closed row of self employment is highlighted. Select the Reopen button to open the Reopen SE Income from Ledger or Reopen SE Income from Tax Return window.
Close The Close button is not enabled.
Delete The Delete button is enabled when a row of self employment is highlighted. Select the Delete button to open the Delete Self Employment Income pop-up window.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
