Self Employment Ledger Details

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Self Employment Ledger Details window is used to view the specific details of a self employment highlighted on the Self Employment Tax Return - Summary window. All current and historical amounts display for the selected income source. This is a display only window.

Owner Income List Box:

Owner: This field displays the Last name, First name, Date of Birth, Age and Agency Related Person number for the person who is self employed.

Type: This field displays the type of self employment or business name.

Detail List Box:

Month of Receipt: This column displays the Month and Year the income was earned.

Total Receipts: This column displays the total income received for the business before expenses are considered.

Total Expenses: This column displays the total expenses reported for the business.

Net Income: This column displays the system calculated income figure after the expenses are deducted.

Estimate/Actual: This column displays whether the income figure is based on actual income receipts or an estimate of income.

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK Select the OK button to close the window and return to the Self Employment - Summary.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
