Update SE Income from Ledger - Ledger Tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Ledger tab for the Update SE Income from Ledger window is used correct the monthly income information from the business ledger forms.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Month of Receipt: This field displays the Month and Year (MM/YYYY) the income was earned. This field can be corrected by overlaying the date.

Total Receipts: This field displays the total income received for the business before expenses are considered for the report month. This field can be corrected by overlaying the amount.

Total Expenses: This field displays the total expenses reported for the business during the report month. This field can be corrected by overlaying the amount.

Estimate/Actual: From the drop down list, select whether the income figure is based on actual income receipts or an estimate of income. There may be one "Estimate" and/or one "Actual" for the same month, but never more than one "Estimate" or one "Actual" for the same month. This field can be corrected.

Verification: The verification field will enable only if a change has been made. Select the source of verification for the income from the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
