The Fluctuating Amounts window tab is enabled only when the source of unearned income on the Detail tab window is considered not to be a stable source, and all other mandatory information is completed.

Fluctuating Unearned Income List Box:
This list box displays the information entered in the fields below. It is blank when a new unearned income is being created. After each unearned income entry select the Add New Amount button to move the information to the list box and prepare to add another amount or close the window. An amount already in this list box may be selected by double clicking it, which will move from this list and return it to the entry fields for error correction.
Date Received: This column displays the date(s) the unearned income amount was received.
Amounts: This column displays the amount(s) of the unearned income.
Adj Amount: This column displays any adjustment amount(s) to the unearned income.
Adj Reason: This column displays and adjustment reason(s) for the unearned income.
Date Received: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the unearned income was received. A date can only used once for this source of unearned income.
Amount: Enter the amount of the unearned income received.
Adjustment Amount: Enter any adjustments to the unearned income amount.
Adjustment Reason: This field is enabled when an adjustment amount is entered. Select the appropriate adjustment reason from the drop down list. The adjustment reason is used by the budgeting rules to determine if the adjustment amount should be deducted.
Verified By: Select the method used to verify the unearned income from the drop down list. Type the first letter of the source to bring up the alphabetical section of the list.

Select the Add New Amount button to save the unearned income information added to the Fluctuating Unearned Income list box above. |
