Unearned Income - Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Unearned Income - Summary window lists;

• all current and historical unearned income information.
• Persons in active, pending, spenddown, or premium due status are listed before persons in closed, denied, or ineligible status and those persons who are not in a Program Case.
• Current income sources are listed before closed income sources.
• This window is inquiry only.

The information in the unearned income windows will display in expanded format. The + or – signs may be used to collapse or expand the levels.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person who receives the income.

FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who receives the income.

DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth.

AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER: This field displays the person’s unique system generated Agency Related Person number.

Type: This field displays the source of the unearned income (Social Security, Railroad Retirement, VA pension, etc).

Amount: This field displays the amount of the unearned income.

Adj Amt: This field display the amount of the adjustment to the unearned income amount.

Frq: This field displays the frequency of the unearned income.

Rcvd Date: This field displays the date an amount of fluctuating income is received.

Begin Date: This field displays the date an amount of stable income begins.

Claim Number: This field displays the claim number associated with the source of the unearned income. It is mandatory only for Social Security income.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Details button enables when a row of unearned income is highlighted in the list. Select this button to open the Unearned Income Details window.
	The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
