Detail Driver License

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window displays detailed information about the person selected on the List Driver License window.

DMV Driver License Codes

License Information Group Box:

Name:  This field displays the name of the person.

DOB:  This field displays the date of birth of the person.

Physical Address:  This field displays the physical address listed on the license.

County:  This field displays the county of the physical residence.

DLN:  This field displays the Driver License number of the person.

Issued County:  This field displays the name of the county the license was issued in.

Issued Dt:  This field displays the date the license was issued.

Status:  This box displays the status of license.

Class:  This field displays the license classification.

Exp Dt:  This field displays the expiration date of the license.

CDL Status:  This box displays the status of the Commercial Driver License.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Click the Demographics button to view the demographic information for the person.
	Click the Name History button to view any other names used by the person.

Convictions/Administrative Adjudication Group Box:

Citation Dt:  This column displays the date the citation was issued.

Judgement Dt:  This column displays the date of the judgement.

Offense:  This column displays the type of offense.

NE Use:  This column displays either Y or N.

Commercial:  This column displays information if the citation was for a commercial license.

Administrative/Withdrawals Group Box:

Reason: This column displays the reason.

Dt Withdrawn:  This column displays the date withdrawn.

Dt Eligible:  This column displays the date

Dt Reinstated:  This column displays the date of reinstatement.

State:  This column displays the state.

Permits Group Box:

Permit #:  This column displays the abbreviation of the permit type.

Classification:  This column displays the expanded name of the permit type.

County:  This column displays the name of the county where the permit was issued.

Issued Dt:  This column displays the date of issuance.

Exp Dt:  This column displays the expiration date of the permit.
