The IUC Disqual/Adj window displays information about the person's disqualification period or about adjustments made to the unemployment benefits.

Reissued Check Group Box:
Date: This field displays the time period covered by the reissued check.
Amount: This field displays the amount of the reissued check.
Check Date: This field displays the date of the check.
Status box. This field displays the status' of or reason for the reissued check.
Disqualification Period/Issue Group Box:
Date: The field displays the period of time the person was disqualified for unemployment benefits.
Reason: This field displays the reason for the disqualification.
Child-Spousal Support Group Box:
Withholding: This field displays the amount of Child or Spousal Support that is being withheld from the Unemployment benefits and paid to the court.
Dependents: This field displays the number of dependents the person declares.
Overpayment Group Box:
Date: This field displays the date the overpayment occurred.
Amount: This field displays the amount of the overpayment.
Balance Owing: This field displays the balance owed by the person.
Overpayment Reason Box: This box displays whether the overpayment is considered fraud or non-fraud by the Department of Labor.
